Deep tissue massage is firm, focused registered massage therapy (RMT) that reaches the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Slow, sustained pressure releases chronic knots and long-held tension — ideal when a lighter massage simply isn’t enough.
Nataliia holds an RMT/MTA licence in Quebec, so official massage therapy receipts are issued at the Gatineau (QC) office. Many extended health plans cover registered massage therapy, but every plan is different: please check with your insurance company first whether massage therapy is covered. A receipt makes a claim possible, but it does not guarantee reimbursement.
Gatineau: Saturday 12:00–19:00 · Westboro (Ottawa): Tuesday–Friday from 13:00. From December: Westboro adds Saturdays, Gatineau adds Mondays.
